EMS UK / Laser Cutting

Cutting capacity built for real production.

EMS operates two automated Bystronic 6kW fibre laser systems with a published 3000 × 2000 mm cutting bed. The process is suited to intricate components, development parts and repeat production where accuracy and consistent geometry matter.

Fibre laser cutting can be the first operation in a wider EMS manufacturing route. Parts can continue through folding, machining, welding, rolling and finishing rather than being transferred between unrelated suppliers.

For quotation, send the drawing together with material, thickness, quantity, finish and any critical requirements. DXF, STEP and PDF files can be uploaded directly through the site.
